Leaders and deputy leaders will be accommodated in single rooms (unless requested otherwise) and contestants in double or triple rooms.

Each room is equipped with fridge, TV and internet connection. In case you plan to bring your laptop, it is a good idea to bring a network cable too.

Contestants should bring a swimming suit and a towel for a visit to a spa or swimming pool.

The organizers of MEMO 2011 do not provide insurance for medical care for the participants. Team leader should ensure that all the members of the team have adequate accident, health and travel insurance.

For citizens of all MEMO countries, crossing the state border of the Republic of Croatia requires either a valid passport or an identity card.

Tap water is safe and drinkable.

Local time Central European Timezone (CET), with daylight saving in effect, i.e. two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2).

The monetary unit is kuna (HRK). One kuna contains 100 lipa. There are coins of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 lipa and 1, 2, 5 and 25 kuna, and banknotes of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 kuna.
Actual exchange rate is about 7,4 HRK for 1 €.
